Error on deviance() function

Tatsuya Hirose

These are taken from the Formaldehyde example on Doug's tutorial (No.2):
Please tell me how to fix following problems.

1) After calculation of linear regression by lm, there's no R-square. And,
references of p-values denoted by '***', '**', '.' are not displayed.

julia> fm=lm(:(OptDen ~Carb), form)

Formula: OptDen ~ Carb

Coefficients:

2x4 DataFrame:
          Estimate  Std.Error  t value   Pr(>|t|)
[1,]    0.00508571 0.00783368 0.649211   0.551595
[2,]      0.876286  0.0135345  64.7444 3.40919e-7

2) I tried deviance() function but error occurred. How can I use this
correctly?

julia> deviance(fm)
ERROR: no method deviance(LmMod,)

My julia version is as follows:

julia> versioninfo()
Julia Version 0.2.0

John Myles White
