RCall.jl changes

Simon Byrne
For anyone using RCall.jl: I'm currently going through a fairly major refactoring of the package. Unfortunately, this is going to be backward incompatible, but hopefully the interface will be clearer and more consistent with other external packages (PyCall.jl, Matlab.jl, etc). I've also been trying to improve the testing situation (we now have continuous integration tests running on linux, os x and windows), to reduce the chance of things breaking.

There are still a few more issues that need to be sorted out, and the documentation needs to be updated, before a new release is tagged. Thoughts, suggestions and contributions welcome.

Yes, it has been merged into master. There are likely to still be some more changes before it gets released.

If anyone is particularly keen to contribute, but doesn't know where to start, it still needs lots of tests. See https://coveralls.io/github/JuliaStats/RCall.jl. To see which tests are needed, click on the most recent build, then on the file: it hightlights in red which lines are untested.
